Welcome to the Word of Life Church web page!

 

Our goal is for you to be able to easily find what you are looking for, to get the information you might be interested in: about faith, us or about what we do. We would appreciate your feedback or any hints as to how to make our pages even better.

Let me introduce us. We are born again Christians who experienced the personal touch of God. We all have our “own story”, but there is one thing we have in common – Faith in the Holy Bible and longing to follow Jesus Christ. We have experienced something similar to what C. S. Lewis described in his book “Surprised by Joy”. For many, the concept of Christianity being connected to joy is unimaginable, but the early Christians were filled with the Holy Spirit and joy without ceasing. Of course, Christians don’t live problem free lives and face many challenges and trials. There was a certain believer who was going through a difficult period of life and so he complained to God. The answer he received was this: “I never said that life with me would be an easy one, but life without me is much more difficult.”

But life should not be only about how we are or how we feel. We are to help others. That is why we believe in the importance of friendship, fellowship and community. If you want to know more about what we do or you would like to know us better, we will gladly welcome you at events that we organize. The offer is quite broad and you will learn about it on our pages.
